DESCRIPTION:TEAMS DAY\nWe will have our Teams Day on October 26th. We will discuss our handbook\, daily schedules and some changes made to our operating plan from last year. We will have activities for the athletes as well as a gear and ski swap. More details about Teams Day coming soon and be on the lookout for an opportunity to RSVP. This is a great opportunity to reconnect with team members and get excited for the season. \nTentative DASH DEVO Schedule for 24-25 \nREGISTRATION\nRegistration is open! It is initially available to returning athletes first\, and then if there is availability beyond that\, we will accept new team members. So make sure you register before October 19th\, or your spot will not be guaranteed. If you are unsure which team to choose for your child\, register them for the same team as last year and then we will evaluate based on last year’s end of year evaluation if that is the best fit and let you know if a change needs to be made. \nFREERIDE TEAM\nWe have been in the works with management to develop a Freeride Competition Team this year for interested athletes. This team will be tryout based\, skill dependent and a much more intensive time and financial commitment; open to both youth skiers and snowboarders. Our vision for this team is to be able to provide a competition route that is similar to that of the Race Team\, but for athletes that have different interests and goals\, we expect the schedule and finances to be comparable to the Race Team.\nWith that being said\, I have attached a survey that we would greatly appreciate any interested families to please fill out so we can gauge interest and develop the program accordingly. Feel free to send the survey to any interested friends as well. \nPlease fill out this survey \nSCHOLARSHIP\nThe Rapp Family\, previously involved in the race team\, has a foundation formed for their late son\, Bobby (of which Bobby’s Freedom Run is named). Watch as participants of all ages glide\, slide\, and conquer the icy waters.\n\n\nYellow Costume Contest: Show off your most vibrant and creative yellow attire for a chance to win fantastic prizes! Let your imagination run wild and stand out in the crowd.\n\n\nLive Music: Groove to the beats of live music\, setting the perfect soundtrack from 11-4pm.\n\n\nSpring Skiing: Enjoy the best of both worlds with prime spring skiing conditions. SUMMARY:Ski with a Ranger April 5th 2024
DESCRIPTION:Join a US Forest Service Ranger for a free\, guided tour on the mountain at Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort. You will ski or snowboard with a Ranger around Dodge Ridge starting at Chair 3 and making your way back to Chair 8. These are naturalist tours that aim to educate guests on the local historical\, cultural\, and natural history of Stanislaus National Forest. Available to intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. This is not a lesson. Look for the US Forest Service Sign on the Creekside Deck. This tour is limited to 6 people. You must have a lift ticket to participate in this tour. \nEvent Details: \n\nWhen: Friday April 5th 2024\nTime: 1:00pm to 2:15pm\nLocation: Creekside Deck\, look for the sign\nCost: Free for the tour with a valid day lift ticket or season pass

DESCRIPTION:Join us on Easter Sunday\, March 31st\, for an exciting Egg Hunt at Dodge Ridge\, complete with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny!\nWe have three Egg Hunt locations\, each starting at different times:\n\n\n\nBase Area Egg Hunt for children aged 5 and under begins at 11:00 a.m.\n\n\nSnowplay Area Hunt for ages 6-9 starts at 11:45 p.m.\n\n\nSnowplay Area Hunt for ages 10-14 begins at 12:30 p.m.\n\n\nFor the Base Area Egg Hunt: Eggs will be cleverly hidden around the base area plaza. Be sure to arrive early for the best chance of finding one! The hunt kicks off at 11:00 a.m.\n\nFor the Snowplay Area Egg Hunt: Eggs are available on a first-come\, first-served basis\, and while we can’t guarantee everyone will find one\, they’ll be hidden in the snow play/tubing area next to conveyer 1. If you discover a golden egg\, bring it to Guest Services to claim your prize!\n\nEaster Service in Creekside Building at 8am
