Mountain Biking & Rentals
All riders descend from the top of the Motherlode Chairlift 3 at the 7,400 ft elevation and traverse out across the mountain with nearly 5 miles of Beginner/Lower-Intermediate Freeride rollers and banks currently available along with a 1.5 mile trail of Intermediate-Technical Terrain.

- Take a single ride on the chairlift to access the bike trails.

The bike is equipped with a water bottle holder for your convenience. With a front suspension fork providing a smooth ride, hardtail bikes offer comfort and control. Models include the latest from brands such as Polygon. Available in youth sizes 20″ and 24″ bikes.

- Designed for technical downhill trail riding, these bikes come equipped with both front and rear suspension systems. Embrace the ultimate comfort on rough terrains, as our full suspension + bikes are specially designed to conquer a wider variety of landscapes. The models available feature the latest offerings from top brands such as Norco and Santa Cruz. Bike rental package includes a helmet and basic protection pads. The bike is equipped with a water bottle holder for your convenience. Adult sizes, including small, medium, large, and XL.
- To pick up the bike rental and ticket, please go directly to the lower level of the Creekside Lodge in the Sport Shop.
Rules & Requirements
- At this time ONLY Class 1 E-Bikes (under 60 pounds) & standard pedal bicycles are permitted on our mountain bike trails.
- Chairlift rides require shoes or sandals that fasten snuggly. Closed-toed footwear highly recommended.
- Flip-flops are not permitted on the chairlift.
- Must be at least 36″ tall to ride the chairlift.
- Guests 36″ – 48″ tall must ride with a guardian age 18 years or older.
- Guests 48″ and taller may ride without a guardian (though must have a liability release signed by a guardian 18 years or older)
- 2023/24 Winter Season Passes do not provide access to summer activities, but do offer a discounted price off of Summer 2023 Chairlift Ride Season Passes.
- Animals are not permitted on the chairlift.
