24/25 Cali Season Pass HOLDER ASSURANCE credit
Get ready for a worry-free winter thanks to Pass Holder Assurance, FREE with every Dodge Ridge Season Pass or Cali Pass purchase.
However, we do acknowledge that from time to time there are medical circumstances that prohibit guests from using their passes.
If, for any reason, you cannot use your season pass, return it by December 1st and transfer the full value, the amount you paid, towards the purchase of a 25/26 season pass.
Per our Policy, Dodge Ridge & Cali Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and are only valid for the season they are purchased for. Per our Pass Assurance; After December 1st, your pass cannot be rolled forward to a future season.
For all requests of this nature, submit all supporting documentation along with the Season Pass Refund Request Form prior to March 8, 2025 in order to be reviewed. Any request after this date will not be valid.

How to pick up your season pass
To make the 24/25 Season Pass pick-up process as fast and efficient as possible, please complete your Passholder Agreement(s) online prior to picking up your Pass(es). You can call (209) 965-3474 to confirm that your Passholder Agreements are signed.
- You may have already completed the Passholder Agreement online during the purchase process.
- If you purchased by phone, you may have may have received a Passholder Agreement link in the purchase receipt email.
- If you have not completed the Passholder Agreement through either of the methods listed above, please use the button below to take care of your passholder agreement online now. A guardian will need to sign on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.

Reloading Your Season Pass for 24/25 Winter
Reloading your season pass has never been more convenient! Simply follow these straightforward steps online and keep your current card for seamless access to the lifts next season.
Online Renewal Steps:
- If you already have your pass, head to the reload tab of our cart and enter your WTP number to proceed. ( Locate the WTP number on the front at the bottom of your pass. This number is a 14-character code resembling WTP: **—.
- For guests without a pass in hand, log in to your account to retrieve and renew your pass.
- Access your profile, select the profile option, and the WTP tab will appear—specifically for passes.
If you haven’t set up your Dodge Ridge online account, click the “ACCOUNT LOG IN” button on the upper right-hand side of our shopping cart homepage. Enter your password and select “Forgot Password” if needed. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to complete the account setup. Oktoberfest Winter Kick-Off Event

HAVE YOUR PASSES MAILED TO YOU
You have the option to have your pass mailed to you for a small shipping fee of $10.00. Just give us a call at (209) 965-3474 to set up the shipping.
FORGOT YOUR PASS?
We got you covered, Dodge Ridge can block your original pass and give you a day pass to get you on the mountain. Just come visit us in Guest Services where we are happy to help you out. A valid I.D must be presented. The first “forgot pass” ticket is on us. After that there is a small processing fee of $10 to replace your pass.
LOST YOUR PASS?
No worries! For a small processing fee of $10. Dodge Ridge can block your original pass and replace it with a brand new pass! Just come visit us in Guest Services and bring a valid I.D. We are happy to get you back on the mountain!
BY USING THIS LIFT PASS, YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS
WARNING: The pass holder and user of resort facilities and premises thereof agrees and understands that ALL forms of Alpine activities winter of summer, including but not limited to snow sliding in its various forms, the associated use of surface or aerial lifts, are HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES involving exposure to inherent and other risks of injury, death or property damage and economic loss. These risks include but are not limited to, changing weather conditions and visibility, surface and subsurface snow or ice conditions, design and conditions of natural or manmade terrain features that may exist, moguls, bare spots, rocks, ruts, stumps, trees, lift towers, snowmaking equipment, poles, ropes, posts, grooming equipment, snowmobiles, manmade rails, uneven or slippery conditions, which may be present on roads, parking lots, walkways, and any other areas exposed to the elements of nature and are subject to the deposit, melting and refreezing of snow, rain, sleet, and ice such that walking or other daily activities may become dangerous, collisions with other participants, and the failure to ski, board within one’s own ability. Inherent and other risks also exist for those who are in the process of approaching loading, riding and unloading aerial or surface lifts.
In recognition of these risks, I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE that might be associated with or result from these activities. As a condition of being permitted the use of the resorts lifts, and trails, I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND PROMISE NOT TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST OR SUE, Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort LLC. its parent company, owners, employees, agents, officers, directors and other landowners from any and all liabilities in any way resulting from personal injury, death or property damage, whether caused by NEGLIGENCE or by any other reason to the fullest extent allowed by law.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. I AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for injury, death and/or loss regarding an alleged incident SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWs OF THE STATE CALIFORNIA IN THE COUNTY OF TUOLUMNE where the alleged incident occurred. I understand and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall remain in full force and effect.
2024/25 PARKING PASSES – SOLD OUT
LIMITED QUANTITYS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
At Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort, we are committed to addressing the challenges that arise regarding our parking areas. We realize that we have a limited amount of parking, and on busy days lots get filled quickly. Therefore, we’re implementing long term and short term changes to our parking lot area,shuttle system, and permit parking system for the 2024/25 season to better serve all of our guests.
Effective for next season
Preferred Permit Parking changes to be aware of
- A limited number of Season Parking Permits will be sold and on a first come first serve basis
- Permit Parking spots will only be guaranteed until 11:00 am Daily in the Main Lower Lot and Motherlode Lot will be reserved for Season Parking Permit holders as well as paid day parking. (Please see preferred parking map for location details)
- We will reserve a portion of the Chair 5 lot for Season Parking Permit holders as well. Given the limited availability, we cannot guarantee Preferred Parking at Chair 5.
Once you have your Parking Permit, we ask that you help us by following a few guidelines:
- Please display your parking permit in your front window before you arrive and while you are parked in our preferred parking areas.
- Parking Permits are reserved for one vehicle only. If lost or stolen, your permit will not be reissued or refunded, all sales are final.
- Our long term goals include adding more shuttles for guests to ride during our peak times, and to look at adding additional parking for our guests closer to the resort.
