How to pick up your Day Tickets
Upon completing your online purchase, lift ticket redemption is facilitated at our newly installed pick-up boxes located outside the Helm Family Lodge. Following your online order, you will receive a QR code; kindly take a screenshot or save it to your wallet for easy access upon your arrival at the resort. Efficiently scan your QR code at the designated pick-up box, where your ticket will be promptly generated, ensuring a seamless transition to the slopes without the need to wait in line. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a premium experience at Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort.

HOW TO PURCHASE A DAY TICKET
For those who haven’t obtained tickets online, day tickets are available for purchase at our Ticket Window, (full price). You can make a daily ticket purchase inside the Helm Family Lodge or at the Ticket Window. It’s important to note that Ticket Windows exclusively handle daily lift tickets.
Special tickets, including Powder Alliance, Indy, Military, 5 & under, and lower mountain tickets, must be acquired or redeemed inside the Helm Family Lodge. Military Lift Ticket holders are required to present valid military identification.
If you have pre-purchased a daily lift ticket, the redemption process is streamlined – please proceed to the designated pick-up boxes outside the Helm Family Lodge.
It’s essential to be aware that all daily lift ticket purchases are final and valid only for the specified date. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for unused tickets. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our ticketing policies.

BY USING DODGE RIDGE LIFT TICKETS YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS
WARNING: I understand and accept that my participation in winter sports activities can result in personal injury, death, and/or property damage, from risks that include but are not limited to, variations in terrain or weather conditions, surface or subsurface snow conditions, ice, bare spots, moguls, other persons using the facilities, forest growth, debris, trees, stumps, rocks, other natural objects, or man-made objects such as snowmaking equipment, signage, and over snow vehicles.
I agree as a condition of being allowed to use the winter sports facilities and premises, that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or death or property damage and release Dodge Ridge from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage, accepting full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury or any kind of which may result.
This ticket may be revoked without refund for fraudulent use, misconduct or nuisance. I understand and agree to adhere to Your Responsibility Code and applicable laws. This ticket is valid only for the date purchased.
