Preferred PAID Parking

Dodge Ridge offers preferred paid parking in our Motherlode Lot on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for $40 per vehicle, on a first-come, first-served basis. Season Parking Permit holders are guaranteed a parking spot in our Main and Motherlode lot until 11 a.m. daily.

At Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort, we are committed to addressing the challenges that arise regarding our parking areas. We realize that we have a limited amount of parking, and on busy days lots get filled quickly. Therefore, we’re implementing long term and short term changes to our parking lot areas, shuttle system, and preferred parking system to better serve all of our guests.

Season Parking Permit information to be aware of 

• A limited number of Season Parking Permits will be sold and on a first come first serve basis
• Season Parking Permit spots will only be guaranteed until 11:00 am Daily in the Main Lower Lot and Motherlode Lot.

Once you have your Season Parking Permit, we ask that you help us by following a few guidelines:

• Please display your Season Parking Permit in your front window before you arrive and while you are  parked in our preferred parking areas.
• Season Parking Permits are reserved for one vehicle only. If lost or stolen, your permit will not be reissued or refunded. All sales are final.

Parking Pass Rules

* Please note if you purchase a 26/27 Parking Pass, your pass is not valid until the 26/27 Season through May 1st, 2027. 

1. Parking Pass Validity: Parking pass guarantees a parking spot until 11:00 AM only. After 11:00 AM, parking is not guaranteed, even with a pass.
2. Single Vehicle Use: Parking pass is valid for one vehicle only.
3. No Replacements: Parking passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
4. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for parking passes.
5. Display Requirement: Parking passes must be visibly displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard or rearview mirror at all times.
6. No Overnight Parking: This pass does not permit overnight parking. Vehicles left overnight may be towed at the owner’s expense.
7. Follow Instructions: All vehicles must follow the instructions of parking attendants and posted signage.
8. Liability Disclaimer: The resort is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while parked.
9. Be Respectful to Parking Attendants: Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards parking staff may result in the termination and confiscation of your parking pass for the season.
