All lesson, rental, lift ticket, and parking pass sales are final. However, book with confidence knowing that you can reschedule or cancel and receive resort credit for your purchase of all daily products up to 3+ days prior to the scheduled date. See specific cancellation policy details for each item below.

ALL LIFT TICKET ADVANCE PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER THEY CAN BE RESCHEDULED TO ANOTHER DATE OR CANCELLED TO RECEIVE RESORT CREDIT.

Lesson Reservation Reschedule and Resort Credit Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED LESSONS.
Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled and issued a resort credit as outlined below:
- Lessons rescheduled or cancelled and moved to resort credit 3+ days prior to the lesson date may be done so without penalty. (ie. Saturday lesson must be rescheduled or cancelled before 5pm on Wednesday.)
- Lessons rescheduled or cancelled 2 days prior to the lesson date may be done so for a $20 fee. (ie. Saturday lesson rescheduled or cancelled before 5pm on Thursday)
- Lessons rescheduled or cancelled the day before the lesson date may be done so for a $60 fee. (ie. Saturday lesson rescheduled or cancelled before 5pm on Friday)
- Not Feeling Well? Stay home and give us a call in advance of your reservation date to reschedule or to cancel and receive a resort credit.
- There will be no refunds due to weather or snow conditions or for those who are unwilling to participate in the class.
- Anyone not showing up for the lesson will forfeit the full amount of the lesson.

Season Pass HOLDER ASSURANCE credit
Get ready for a worry-free winter thanks to Pass Holder Assurance, FREE with every Dodge Ridge Season Pass or Cali Pass purchase.
If, for any reason, you cannot use your season pass, return it by December 1st and transfer the full value, the amount you paid, towards the purchase of a 25/26 season pass.

- 2024/25 Season-Long Preferred Parking Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, valid only for the 2024/25 season and are not rolled forward to a future season.
