PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All LESSON, RENTAL, LIFT TICKET, AND PASS SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any purchases. However, you can reschedule or cancel and receive resort credit for your purchase of daily products up to 3+ days prior to the scheduled date. See the specific cancellation policy details for each item below.
TICKETS & RENTALS
ALL PURCHASES OF TICKETS AND/OR RENTALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
However, pre-purchased tickets and/or rentals can be rescheduled to another date or canceled in exchange for resort credit. You must contact us at least 3 days in advance to cancel or reschedule.
ALL PURCHASES OF SPECIAL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & ARE ONLY GOOD FOR THE SEASON PURCHASED IN.
This applies to all special tickets, including but not limited to Black Friday tickets, Special Pack tickets and Multiple Day tickets. These tickets are only valid for the season purchased in and cannot be rolled into the next season in part or full.
LESSON CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON LESSON PRODUCTS. Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled in exchange for resort credit ONLY IF DONE 3+ DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled visit. Day-of cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. No refunds will be issued due to weather or snow conditions or if a participant is unwilling to participate in the class. No-shows will forfeit the full amount of the lesson.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION FEES:
- Lessons rescheduled/canceled 3+ days prior to the lesson date will receive a resort credit for the full amount paid.
- Lessons rescheduled/canceled 2 days prior to the lesson date will incur a $40 fee.
- Lessons rescheduled/canceled 1 day prior to the lesson date will incur a $60 fee.
- Lessons canceled the day of will forfeit the full amount paid.

SEASON PASS HOLDER ASSURANCE CREDIT
Get ready for a worry-free winter with Pass Holder Assurance, FREE with every Dodge Ridge Season Pass or Cali Pass purchase.
If you cannot use your season pass for any reason, you may return it by December 1st and transfer the full amount paid towards the purchase of your next season’s pass.
- $50 to defer your season pass.
- Must pay the difference if applicable.
- Only 1 season pass assurance credit per passholder, per season.
- All deferrals are final. Once a pass is deferred, the pass is deactivated and cannot be used for the current season.
- Pass Assurance Form must be submitted before the deadline of December 1st. Submissions after this date will not qualify.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SEASON PASSES.
Season Pass age is determined by your age as of January 1
Special Circumstance reviews will not be accepted after March of the current season .
SEASON-LONG PREFERRED PARKING PASS POLICY
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SEASON-LONG PREFERRED PARKING PASSES.
Season-Long Preferred Parking Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, valid only for the season, and are not rolled forward to a future season.
Dodge Ridge WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN Season-Long Preferred Parking Passes.
LOST/FORGOT PASS
FORGOT YOUR PASS?
No problem! Dodge Ridge can block your original pass and issue you a day pass to get you on the mountain. Simply visit Guest Services, and we’ll be happy to help. A valid I.D. is required. The first “forgot pass” ticket of the season is on us! After that, a small processing fee of $10 will apply to replace your pass.
Please note: With our new RFID passes, it’s important that guests keep their pass from season to season to avoid any additional charges.
LOST YOUR PASS?
Don’t worry! For a small processing fee of $10, Dodge Ridge can block your original pass and issue you a brand new one. Just visit Guest Services and bring a valid I.D. We’re here to help you get back on the mountain!
Please note: To help keep things simple for future seasons, we ask that you keep your RFID pass and reuse it each year.
